It's been quite the day at Fir Park.

Six hours before Theo Bair's exit was confirmed, Motherwell announced the Barmack family had withdrawn their investment proposal midway through a vote on the deal.

It brings to an end a chaotic month, during which the club's hunt for a cash injection has turned a bit messy.

Stuart Kettlewell will be keen to focus on the football now. His side are away to Montrose this evening.

Dundee United announced the signing of David Babunski about five hours ago, but he's in the team tonight to face Stenhousemuir.

Manager Jim Goodwin says the North Macedonia midfielder and Barcelona youth graduate is a player of "unquestionable" pedigree.

The 30-year-old moves to Tannadice from Hungarian side Mezokovesdi Sport Egyesulet on a one-year deal, with the club holding the option of a further 12 months.

United fans will be looking forward to watching him tonight as their team looks to respond to an opening defeat by Falkirk.

    Hibernian v Queen's Park (19:45)

While we're on the topic of Hibs, head coach David Gray has just been speaking on BBC Sportsound and he's given an update on Chris Cadden.

The right-back was brought off with a thigh problem in Saturday's win over Elgin.

"We're still waiting on scan results," Gray said. "Hopefully it's more precautionary than anything else.

"Speaking to him today, he's very confident it's nothing too major. We don't want to take any risks."
