Pramiracetam is a nootropic of the racetam family. Pramiracetam was initially synthesized from piracetam in an attempt to find its modifications with greater anti-amnesiac potential. Pramiracetam was discovered by scientists at Parke-Davis, the USA, in the late 1970s.

Pramiracetam has a higher potency than piracetam: the most common dose is only 600 mg – 4 times smaller than that of Piracetam.

This pramiracetam works for me.
I tried a few other brands of Pramiracetam a few years ago with mixed results, but Pramistar tablets have worked well for me. Pramistar has certainly helped me to focus during mentally draining days. I find I can concentrate on what is important and make good judgement calls and diagnostics throughout the day. I usually take half a tab in the morning and the other half at about 11.00am

Increased productivity and focus
Pramistar has been useful when I have a big project to complete same day. Gives me about six hours of fairly intense focus and a slight boost in energy without anxiety or nervous energy. I saw decreased efficacy when used consecutively for 3 days on a larger project so I tend to use it on the one day I really need to crank out some work. Have also coupled it with 20-30 mg noopept and that has worked exceptionally well too.
